Nina Ragonese is a marketer who has spent the majority of her career in the financial advising industry and the music industry.

 

As the Marketing Director at Mountain Peak Financial, Inc., Nina develops and oversees all marketing and design, and implementation of systems and procedures within the company. This includes website and graphic design, event planning, email marketing campaigns, client relationship building, lead nurturing, analysis, and more. For Nina, the most rewarding part of the job is creating an identity for the company that clients can connect to and feel confident working with for their retirement planning.

 

As a freelance marketer for musicians and freelancers in various industries, Nina builds brand identities, designs websites, and and provides strategic advice. The most rewarding part of her freelance work is working one-on-one with clients, listening to their stories, and creating something that is a representation of who they are.

  • Developed all marketing and design, and implementation of systems and procedures within the company.

  • Designed and crafted print and web marketing materials and ensured uniformity in the brand image across all pieces.

  • Planned and promoted 3 client appreciation events yearly, as well as a quarterly educational workshop series on various topics related to retirement planning in order to deepen relationships with clients and provide a well-rounded retirement education.

  • Eliminated the use of outside marketing vendors by doing all graphic design, website design, email marketing, and sales materials in-house.

  • Redesigned website to better portray our brand and reach existing and potential clients by integrating it throughout all marketing, and continuously improved the website as needed.
